Key Account Manager with a foreign language

Our customer is a company build and located in Szczecin. The leader of digital book printing in Poland, constantly growing and developing its business also abroad. Due to this we are looking for Key Account Manager with Czech, Greek, Sweden, Portuguese, Norwegian, or Hungarian to work in Szczecin and remotelly develop a specific market. 

The firm has won the Forbes Diamonds Award for three times, is very friendly and modern organization with very international team. Here You can meet collegues all over the world who work together as a team and support companies rapid development.

Job description:

  • supporting current customers via phone and email,
  • answering to orders related customer queries via email and phone,
  • daily order management,
  • mapping and acquiring new business opportunities,
  • providing quotes and creating product offers,
  • managing customer expectations,
  • ensuring invoices are created and sent to the customers on time,
  • attending at international Book Fairs.

Essential requirements

  •  native in Czech, and proficient in English,
  •  previous sales experience,
  • higher education - preferable science,
  • good time management with strong organizational skills,
  • great interpersonal skills,
  • strong attention to details,
  • excellent multitasker,
  • quick learner,
  • can-do attitude,
  • good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel.
