Confectionery Production Worker โ Permanent Night Shift | PLN 39.98 gross/hr

Join the team at a Szczecin confectionery plant and help produce cakes and pastries that land on store shelves every day.
This role is exclusively on a fixed night shift.
๐ Location: Szczecin โ Left Bank (ลukasiลskiego St.)
๐ Easy public transport access: Bus lines 80 and 86 stop near the facility.
๐ฐ PLN 39.98 gross per hour on the night shift
๐ Employment based on a mandate contract (umowa zlecenie)
๐ Fixed night shift (10:00 PM โ 6:00 AM) โ no shift rotation
๐ Opportunity for extra hours
๐ For students under 26: gross rate equals net rate (tax-free)
๐ Workwear provided and full on-the-job training
Requirements
- Willingness to work a fixed night shift (10:00 PM โ 6:00 AM)
- Accuracy and strong sense of responsibility
- Readiness to follow food safety hygiene rules: no jewelry on shift, no artificial eyelashes, and no nail polish, gel, hybrids, or fake nails
- Valid sanitary health clearance (or willingness to obtain one before start)
- No prior production experience required
Responsibilities
- Preparing and measuring ingredients according to recipes
- Operating the production line
- Getting products ready for baking
- Decorating and finishing pastries
- Packing finished products
- Keeping the workspace clean and following quality and hygiene standards
