Dear Sirs,

The personal data that we obtain through the application or contact forms on this site are used to be able to contact you in order to present you with offers to participate in LSJ HR Group's recruitments, job offers, personal counseling, specialized training, and for foreigners also offers to legalize their stay and work in Poland.
The policy describes for what purpose and on what legal basis we process personal data in the course of providing the above services through the use of our website [hereinafter: the Site].  

The Site is made available to those who use it [hereinafter: User], both for Polish citizens and foreigners.

Dear Sir/Madam,
in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC [hereinafter: RODO], we inform you that the Administrator of your personal data is LSJ HR Group Sozański Sp. k. with its registered office in Szczecin 70-644, 1 Celna St., registered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Szczecin, under the number 0000596539, NIP 955 238 60 54, Contact phone + 48 91 814 52 52, e-mail address: biuro@lsj.pl.

The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at the Administrator's office, by sending mail to our address or by e-mail to: iod@lsj.pl.

Main purposes, legal basis and scope of personal data processed

Your personal data may be processed for:

  • establishing contact and presenting an offer to participate in the recruitment process conducted by us, based on your consent, i.e. Article 6(1)(a) RODO, including consent to provide our services electronically;
  • to carry out the recruitment process, including sharing data with our Clients (Employers) for whom we recruit, based on your consent;
  • fulfilling legal obligations in the area of administrative matters, resulting from the Act on Promotion of Employment and Labor Market Institutions and the Act on the Employment of Temporary Workers, on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) RODO;
  • marketing our services in terms of new recruitment offers, job offers, personnel consulting and training, on the basis of the administrator's legitimate interest, i.e. in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) RODO.

How long we keep the personal data of the users of our service

Data provided to us only for a specific recruitment, are destroyed after the recruitment is completed;
data provided on the basis of your consent for their use in future recruitment, will be stored in our Database until you withdraw your consent; data processed for the purpose of fulfilling the administrator's legal obligations will be retained within the time limits resulting from the legal regulations in question; data processed for the purpose of marketing our services will be stored until you raise an objection.


What rights you have in connection with the processing of your personal data

To the extent provided by the provisions of the RODO, you have the right to access, correct and rectify your data at any time, the right to erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing and to object to its processing, as well as the right to request the transfer of your data to another controller.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in Warsaw, if you consider that we are processing your personal data in violation of applicable law.
You can exercise the above rights directly at our headquarters in Szczecin, by sending a written request by regular mail to our address or by sending an e-mail to: biuro@lsj.pl or kandydat@lsj.pl. 

To whom we may share your personal data

Your personal data may be transferred to our Clients (Employers), subcontractors on the basis of cooperation agreements concluded with us, including entrustment agreements, i.e. IT service providers, entities operating our IT systems, entities providing personnel consulting services and specialized training, and authorized public entities. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area.

Providing Personal Data is not a statutory obligation, but it is a necessary condition for using the services provided through our Site. Personal Data may be processed by automated or semi-automated means, but will not be used to make a decision that is based solely on automated processing and will not be profiled.

Pursuant to the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of July 18, 2002, we may process the following personal data in order to contact you and provide our services through this Site:
(a) surname and first names,
b) PESEL identification number or, if this number has not been assigned, the number of your passport, identity card or other document proving your identity;
c) address of permanent residence;
d) correspondence address (if different from the address referred to in item 3);
e) electronic address,
f) voluntarily attached CV of the User.

Personal data and other information entered into the contact forms on the Site are of a voluntary nature and are processed only with the consent of the User. The information and materials posted on our Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. LSJ HR Group is not responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the information and materials posted by Users on this Site. Information and materials containing content contrary to Polish and international law, racist, fascist content, promoting violence, inciting hatred on religious, racial, confessional grounds, as well as sites promoting content generally considered morally reprehensible or violating ethical principles will not be added to the Site. All trademarks and materials you see or read on the Site are protected by copyright. Printing, copying, reproducing all or part of this Site, or any information and materials by using them for purposes other than personal use, is permitted only with the written permission of LSJ HR Group. Please be advised that the Site may contain computer viruses or other harmful elements - the Administrator is not responsible for any damage that may arise from the use of the Site by the User.
