Warehouse Worker - Order Picker
For a distribution center, the largest warehouse facility in Stargard, we are seeking employees for the pick department (order picking). The warehouse is located at Metalowa Street in Stargard (near Szczecin).
We offer
- employment based on a contract of mandate;
- piecework payment system – compensation for each collected item - rates dependent on work pace (from 26,2 to even 33.50 PLN per hour);
- in season you can earn 5,500 and 6,000 PLN net per month.
- work in a shift system (6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM);
- during the season, the possibility of working longer hours (10–12 hours daily);
- support from leaders and coordinators, with full onboarding to the position;
- legal employment with full assistance in obtaining work and residence permits
- help in finding accommodation nearby (apartments with good access to work)
- work suitable for both women and men (no heavy lifting);
- convenient access via public transportation (lines 2, 24) or parking available at the company.
Requirements
- Willingness to work in a shift system and for 10-12 hours per day
- Experience in a similar position is welcome
- A category B driving license or UDT forklift operator certification will be a significant advantage
- Commitment, willingness to work, accuracy, and speed in action
Responsibilities
- Pickers navigate the warehouse using electric pallet trucks.
- The order, including location and quantity of items to be picked, is displayed on the screen.
- Drive to the specified location and transfer items from the shelf to your pallet.
- Place the full pallet in the designated area and begin picking the next order.
