We offer
- Stable Salary: A base of 4,806 PLN gross plus piecework bonuses and a motivational bonus of up to 300 PLN gross.

Requirements
- You don’t need any previous experience. We provide full on-the-job training on your first day.
- You don’t need to speak Polish. Communicative English is enough to work in our international team.
- You are available for shift work, including night shifts.
- You are ready to work in a cool temperature (+10 to +12°C). MOWI provides all professional work clothing for free.
- You are in good health and comfortable with standing work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Processing salmon: You will work on different stages of production, including filleting, smoking, and portioning.
- Sushi preparation: Manual work related to preparing and rolling sushi.
- Packaging and labelling: Ensuring the product is correctly packed, weighed, and labelled for shipping.
- Machine operation: Simple and safe operation of modern production machines and vacuum sealers.
- Quality & Safety: Keeping your workstation clean and following basic Health & Safety rules to ensure high food standards and your safety.
