Do you enjoy hands-on tasks and want to help create treats that reach shop shelves?
We're looking for people to join a modern confectionery production plant near Mierzyn. Cakes, chocolates and bakes made here reach confectioneries and shops in the United Kingdom. The plant runs around the clock, so there are plenty of hours, and the times are agreed with the client.
No experience needed. You'll learn everything on site.
Location: Szczecin, left bank, near Mierzyn Getting there: buses 86 or 80, about 25-35 minutes from the centre Type of engagement: contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)
We offer
Clear terms, no hidden clauses and no drawn-out selection process.
- Contract of mandate with transparent settlement rules.
- The plant runs 24/7. You take on hours during times agreed with the client: 6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 or 22:00-6:00. Between 8 and 12 hours a day, depending on current production needs.
- Base rate 31.40 PLN gross/h for daytime hours.
- Night rate 39.98 PLN gross/h for hours between 22:00 and 6:00.
- Extra hours available if you want to take on more.
- For students, gross = net (under 26). No deductions, you receive the full amount.
- Protective clothing from us. You get a full set suited to food production and pay nothing for it.
- Help with the health and hygiene certificate. If you don't have one, we'll guide you through the whole process.
Requirements
A short list. Nothing you can't meet quickly.
- Flexibility on hours agreed with the client, between 8 and 12 hours a day.
- A valid health and hygiene certificate (książeczka sanepidowska) or readiness to obtain one.
- Following food production hygiene rules: no nail polish, gel polish or gel on nails; no false lashes.
Responsibilities
Concrete, hands-on tasks. You see the result right away, at the end of the line.
- Preparing, weighing and portioning raw materials and semi-finished products.
- Operating and monitoring the production line.
- Preparing products for baking.
- Decorating and finishing confectionery products.
- Packing finished products and preparing batches for dispatch.
