Production Support – Packing and Production Assistance (F/M)
Earn extra money before Christmas by helping with personalised gift production
Production gets much busier before Christmas. Hundreds of personalised orders are prepared every day, including pictures, printed products, textiles and gifts made especially for customers.
This is a good opportunity to earn extra money before the end of the year and join LSJ’s seasonal project in Szczecin.
The work includes simple tasks related to production, quality checking, order preparation and packing. Most tasks can be learned on site.
Our offer for you:
- PLN 31.40 gross per hour
- contract of mandate with LSJ
- weekly payments every Thursday
- seasonal work from September to December
- work during the factory’s operating hours, in shifts: 6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–6:00
- location: Druckiego-Lubeckiego Street, Szczecin
For students under 26, the gross hourly rate is also the net rate.
Extra earning opportunities | During the busy season, additional payments and bonuses are planned, including extra pay for night hours and weekends, as well as attendance bonuses. We will explain the details during the recruitment process.
Requirements
You can apply if you are 18 or older and:
- are comfortable doing simple manual tasks,
- can work in shifts,
- are available during the pre-Christmas period.
Experience is not required for most tasks. The only exception is work that requires sewing skills.
You do not need to speak Polish. Ukrainian, Russian and English are also accepted in this project.
Please note: Most tasks are done standing up and involve manual production work. The number of available hours and your starting date may depend on current production needs.
Responsibilities
Depending on current production needs, your tasks may include:
- simple production and printing tasks,
- preparing and assembling products,
- helping with canvas picture production,
- working with textile products,
- quality checking,
- preparing, packing and getting orders ready for shipping.
The area you work in will depend on current production needs. You may also move between different production areas during the season.
